Our home infused Sun-dried tomato and basil olive oil is a stall favourite. it’s a great accompaniment to our beef ragu and wild mushroom ravioli and a healthier alternative to a traditional butter sauce.

Supplied in 100ml bottles, recommended for 2 servings of ravioli

Ingredients:
Sun-Dried Tomato, Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Serve it as a dressing with your chosen toppings.

Chef it up - place the cooked ravioli into a pan with the Sun-dried tomato and basil olive oil on a medium heat. bring the oil up to a boil and add 100ml of pasta cooking water, parmesan and black pepper and emulsify it for a silky sauce.
