Our home infused garlic and parsley butter is an amazing accompaniment to all our ravioli especially the squid ink.

Supplied in 150g cylinders, recommended for 2 servings of ravioli

Garlic, Parsley, Butter (milk)

Chef it up - With thirty seconds left for the ravioli to be cooked, add the butter to a pan on a medium heat, once the butter is foaming add the ravioli and 100ml of pasta cooking water. Serve immediately with the toppings (or no toppings!) of your choice and pour the remaining butter across the top.
